The following terms and conditions govern your use of this website known as KnowForProfit.com. By registering as a licensee you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
KnowForProfit.com is owned and operated by Eric's Place. KnowForProfit.com and its owner(s) retain the right to amend, update, or change these terms and conditions at anytime and you agree to be bound by future changes until you cancel your account.
We adhere to the Children's Privacy Act. You must be 18 years of age to join or use any of the KnowForProfit Suite of sites. Our sites follow the guidelines, policies and laws of the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov). We retain the right to refuse anyone membership in any of our sites.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KNOWFORPROFIT.COM OR ITS OWNERS, PARTNERS, SITE DEVELOPERS, ETC BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT MEMBER'S USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THESE SERVICES. ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF KNOWFORPROFIT.COM OR ITS PARTNERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE KNOWFORPROFIT.COM SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE KNOWFORPROFIT.COM SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE KNOWFORPROFIT.COM SERVICES (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE KNOWFORPROFIT.COM SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE KNOWFORPROFIT.COM. SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE KNOWFORPROFIT.COM SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE KnowForProfit.COM SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA.
KnowForProfit.com does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. KnowForProfit.com does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in our web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not KnowForProfit.com) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing repair or correction.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall KnowForProfit.com or its licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
No Income Guarantee:
KnowForProfit.com cannot make any claim regarding income guarantees or results from using its services or any partner services.
Cancellations and Refunds:
You may cancel your KnowForProfit.com account at anytime you desire, however please know that once you cancel, all rights and privileges are revoked and you will not be permitted to get an account in the future. There is a cancellation link in your members area that you are required to use in order to ensure your cancellation is processed. You are agreeing that you are purchasing Know for Profit by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone associated with or not with KnowForProfit.com. As you get instant access to all information and member downloads there are no refunds.
You may cancel your KnowForProfit.com account at anytime you desire.
Once your cancellation request has been processed you will not be able to login to the KnowForProfit.com, ISOR, or Profit Yesterday, member areas again. You forfeit the right to any further downloads, commissions, or access to any of these sites. No refunds are given.
If your Know for Profit subscription fails you will not be able to log into any of your accounts, until your subscription is paid.
In the event of a payment failure, PayPal will automatically attempt to process your payment every 3 days, however if you do not have enough money in your PP account for your KFP subscription after their 3rd attempt, PP will automatically cancel your subscription which will result in the termination of your KFP and PY accounts. If you have questions on your subscription, please contact KFP before the 3rd attempt by PayPal so we can work with you to maintain your account.
Spamming:
Anyone caught spamming in any way, shape or form will have their account immediately closed and could face legal action by Eric's Place. Please use your system responsibly and professionally and do not attempt to abuse the service. You will be caught and you will be removed. There will be NO REFUNDS of any client removed due to spamming or abuse.
